GTF Student Housing truly appreciates your interest in seeing our community. The Office of Student Housing offers tours on Fridays, when the college is not closed, between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Tours are not available on weekends or holidays when Greenville Technical College is closed.

In an effort to provide excellent service the residents that are moving out and moving in, the Office of Student Housing does not schedule tours during the following dates:

April 15th to May 15th

July 15th to August 30th

December 1st to January 15th

Please excuse this inconvenience.

A member of the Student Housing staff will contact you about your tour prior to your arrival to confirm your tour date and time, prior to your arrival. Please know that tours must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance. Should you have questions about Student Housing, please call the Office of Student Housing at 864.298.0716.

Applications for the Fall 2013 semester are currently being accepted. Priority deadline for the Fall semester is May 1st, and the final deadline for Fall applications is July 15th.

Assignments are no longer being made for the Summer 2013 semester.
