Mr. Kevin Michael Kerr

In his role as Director of Student Housing, Kevin supervises all aspects of Student Housing including housing assignments, student discipline, and coordination with all aspects of campus. Kevin has served in this capacity since June 2010. Kevin believes in life-long learning and has taken classes at Greenville Tech and serves as an Instructor for both History and College Skills at the College.
Kevin graduated from Stetson University with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science. At Stetson, Kevin served as a Resident Assistant. He has earned a M.A. in History and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration, both from Clemson University. Prior to coming to Greenville Technical College, Kevin has worked at Clemson University, Penn State University, Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity International Headquarters, and Presbyterian College. He has over 13 years of experience in Student Housing and higher education administration. Kevin is an avid reader, enjoys golfing, and is active in his church and works with a local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
Ms. Kayla L. Conner

In her role as Assistant Director of Student Housing, Kayla oversees all aspects of student occupancy management, marketing, as well as manages the Resident Assistants. Kayla has served in her role since January 2010. Kayla enjoys working with new students and mentoring. Kayla’s professional interest outside of student occupancy management is advising student groups. She currently serves as the advisor to the Residence Hall Association.
Kayla graduated from Lander University with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, while at Lander she worked as a Head Resident Assistant for three years. Prior to working at Greenville Technical College, Kayla worked in long term care as a Patient Intake Specialist. She is currently working on a Masters in Business Administration at Strayer University. When not involved in activities on campus, she enjoys reading, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her son Peyton.
Mr. C. J. Brooks, III

As Assistant Director of Student Housing, C.J. supervises all aspects of housing application processes, assignments, and database administration. Additionally, C.J. works with student payments and Financial Aid as well as the supervision of the Administrative Specialists and Student workers. C.J. is a member of ACPA-College Student Educators International and the South Carolina College Personnel Association. C.J. joined the Office of Student Housing in June 2011.
C.J. graduated in May 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology/Political Science from Presbyterian College. Prior to coming to Greenville Technical College, C. J. served his alma mater as the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Greek Life, and as a Student Programs Coordinator. In his spare time, C.J. enjoys many outdoor activities, learning Spanish, and is an active member of Greenville PULSE, a local young professionals opportunity offered through the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Bob Wong

Bob has served GTF Student Housing in this capacity for the past five years. Having been with Student Housing since it opened, Bob knows a great deal about the buildings and provides incredible insights to the Office of Student Housing.
Having worked in the construction and building maintenance trade in New York City, Bob is the go-to man at GTF Student Housing. When he is not working, Bob enjoys spending time with his family.

For the past several years, Steve has been an integral part of the GTF Student Housing team. He provides assistance with maintenance issues and has detailed knowledge of HVAC Systems.
When not working at Student Housing, Steve enjoys a ride on his motorcycle through the Upstate.
