Greenville Tech Foundation Student Housing wants to ensure that its residents reside in an environment that is safe, comfortable, convenient and fun!
Residents can easily get to know their classmates and neighbors by participating in our monthly student activities. Additionally, all Student Housing residents have access to the Community Center - equipped with Wi-Fi - and its:

Within each apartment, residents have access to high-speed internet and cable and HBO in each bedroom. Apartments are also fully-furnished with a:

Most importantly, with 24-hour on-site professional and para-professional staff and gated access control supported by security at the community’s entrance, residents can rest easy knowing that they can reach Student Housing support at any time.
