The leasing office for Greenville Tech Student Housing is currently open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. By Appointment only on Saturday and Sunday.

Our community is conveniently located on the Barton campus of Greenville Tech. 

No.  You are just a short walking distance from all classes.  However, should you want to get around Greenville, a vehicle is a convenient method to do so.

Fully furnished apartments are available in 2 or 4 bedroom configurations. Each bedroom has its own furniture, lock and closet, and the apartment has a full kitchen and living room.

Greenville Tech Student Housing provides the following modern furniture in each bedroom: bed, mattress, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The living/dining room will have the following modern furniture/fixtures: refrigerator, sink, cabinets and counters, oven/range, bar seating with three bar stools, sofa, side chair, end table, TV stand in living room and a coffee table.

Greenville Tech apartment leases are for each person in an apartment, not the apartment as a whole. This means you don’t have to worry about being held responsible for one of your roommate’s rent if they don’t pay.

Don’t worry, you aren’t the only one who may not have an apartment mate in mind. At Greenville Tech, we have a system for matching students together on various personality traits and interests. We’ll do the work to find you someone to live with.
